  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    -Full refund up to 48 hours (for some tours, up to 24 hours) before the start.

    -Less than 24 hours? No refund unless we cancel.

    -If we cancel, you’ll always get a full refund.


  • Do you offer group or family discounts?

    Absolutely—special pricing is available for families and groups. Reach out for a quote tailored to you.

  • Are tours suitable for people with reduced mobility and children?

    Many of our tours are accessible. If you need extra assistance, let us know in advance.

    Kids are welcome! Most walking tours are family-friendly, and our guides love to engage younger explorers.

    Most tours run rain or shine—just dress accordingly! If weather poses safety issues (like with e-bikes), we’ll offer rescheduling or a refund.
