    Late Arrivals

    Guests arriving up to one hour after the scheduled start time may join the tour in progress. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the experience beyond its original duration.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour’s official start time are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
